What is the bed made of?

The internal filling of the product is made of EPE (Pearl cotton), the outer layer is soft plush material.

Is the bed machine washable?

Yes, it is machine washable and dry-able on low heat.

What is The Calming Bed?

The Calming Bed was designed to be a safe haven for your cats and dogs! The raised rim creates a sense of security and helps activate the nervous system in a positive way which allows your fur kids to calm down faster and relax more easily. It was also designed to mimic the comfort provided by a mother's coat, promoting better sleep, and in turn better health and behaviour.

The Calming Bed is designed in Europe (United Kingdom) and manufactured in Asia.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to every country in the world.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit & debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal anymore. Also, be sure to review the total amount before proceeding.

Where does the bed ship from?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in US, UK or China. Depending on the stock available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is totally FREE, no hidden costs.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order, no questions asked.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

Usually yes, you will receive all items in one parcel. Sometimes, products are shipped seperately because they aren't available in the same warehouse.

Is there a warranty period for the product?

The warranty period is 30 days. If you have a problem with The Calming Bed within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and come up with a solution. There is also an option to get a Lifetime Warranty for the price of $19.97. (Lifetime warranty only covers items under these parameters: 1. Items still being sold on our platforms. We cannot give warranty to items that have been taken down or phased out as these are not in production anymore. 2. initial product(s) will have to have been faulty upon receipt 3. Damaged product (subject for approval)

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
